Biography

Chameleon Leon first appeared in "Operation Chameleon Leon". He is a human who had a suit that had camouflage properties of a chameleon and wanted to destroy WOOHP's core. Later, he returned "Operation Dessert Rescue" by kidnapping the Spiez' mom and turned her into an evil half-human half-cameleon. Then he came back in "Operation Noel's Last Stand".
