Davey Hacker is a recurring villain in The Amazing Spiez. He's a brilliant but bratty kid who wasn't accepted
into the WOOHP spy program so because he schemes to decided to use his talents for evil. He first appeared in Operation Crusin' for a Bruisin' where he set a trap for the Clarks to get revenge.
