Jerry sent the SPIEZ to investigate a fallen space pod, but found a guy named Larry the former head of a secret Agency named O.O.P.S.I.E, Larry explained that the twins named Alpha and Omega should be the next generation of spies but something went wrong. It was also explained that Larry programmed the twins with special abilities, which is why the twins are banished and was frozen in the pods, after stalking Larry into an old mineshaft the 'Chaos' twins captured Marc and Megan leaving Lee and Tony to find a way in tracking them while also finding an excuse to let their parents learn about Megan and Marc's fake whereabouts

In the subplot the Clark siblings are being suspicious of their parents strange behavior as Karen (mother) while picking Lee and Megan from school in a car she began driving crazy (as in spy crazy) after being chased by a black van, while Cal (Father) got attacked in the alley while picking up their dinner with Tony and Marc though the two became suspicious of how their father can simply fight an attacker despite having no knowledge(or as the Clark siblings and WOOHP thought) of being a martial artist
